About Your PIN
Members can access their account details on-line using our site's secure Member's Section. Access to the Member's Section requires a unique PIN number which can be obtained from the Credit Union office.
What's in the Members Section?
The Member's Section allows members to view their current Account Balances as well as their recent Transactions.
Additionally they can:
- Request or download Application and other forms
- Submit a loan application on-line
- Use the on-line Loan Calculator as a guide to loan repayments
Getting Your PIN Number
You can apply for your PIN number using the on-line Pin Number Request Form. Simply complete the form and submit it. Your details will be verified and your PIN number forwarded. For security purposes your PIN number will be forwarded by post to your home address.
Alternatively print off and complete a copy of the form and forward it to the Credit Union office for processing.

Forget Your PIN Number?
If you forget your PIN number please contact your Credit Union office on 626-5458.
When initially applying for a PIN number you will be asked to choose a Password. If phoning the Enquiry Line to be reminded of your PIN you will need to give this password as well as the standard account security information in order to be given the details over the phone. If you forget both your PIN number and password you will have to complete and return a new PIN Number Request Form.
